Stegra selects leading partners for maritime transport

Sweden’s green steel producer Stegra has selected sea transport companies for the management of its shipping operations.

Sea transport is an important part of the full supply chain and logistics solutions for Stegra, and when designing the logistics network the steelmaker has selected leading sea transport companies for the management of its shipping operations.

These partners will support Stegra’s inbound and outbound goods flow, not the least, in bringing scrap steel and iron to Boden and steel products from Boden to service centers or direct customers in different parts of Europe.

Finland’s ESL Shipping will operate Stegra’s European shipping network, transporting both input materials and finished products.
