Carriers revise regional services across Europe, Asia and Red Sea
Several container carriers have announced changes to regional services across Europe, the Red Sea and Asia.
The updates include new port connections, revised rotations and changes to existing slot arrangements.
X-Press Feeders launches OFX service
X-Press Feeders has launched a direct connection between Le Havre and Hamburg under the Ocean Feeder X-Press (OFX) name.
The service deploys one 500 TEU vessel and offers a sailing every five days.
Folk Maritime combines Red Sea services
Folk Maritime will combine its intra-Red Sea PSS and RSS services into one revised RSS service, according to Alphaliner.
The carrier will deploy two vessels of approximately 700 TEU each.
The revised service will follow this rotation:
Jeddah – Port Sudan – Jeddah – Yanbu – Sokhna – Aqaba – Jeddah
CU Lines adds intra-Far East connection
CU Lines has introduced a new intra-Far East connection through a slot arrangement on ONE’s Japan Straits Malaysia (JSM) service.
The service calls at:
Tokyo – Yokohama – Nagoya – Kobe – Keelung – Hong Kong – Port Kelang – Singapore – Tokyo
Kambara Kisen changes NK1 service
Kambara Kisen will shift its China–Japan NK1 service from Otaru to Ishikari Bay.
The carrier deploys three vessels of 1,000 TEU on the service.
CNC Line revises JTVS rotation
CMA CGM subsidiary CNC Line will remove Yokohama from its Japan–Korea–Taiwan–Southeast Asia JTVS service next month. Kawasaki will replace the Yokohama call.
The revised itinerary will be:
Tokyo – Kawasaki – Nagoya – Kobe – Busan – Kwangyang – Kaohsiung – Chu Lai – Laem Chabang – Ho Chi Minh – Tokyo
