US Coast Guard rescues two people from sinking personal watercraft near Government Cut, Florida

US Coast Guard Station Miami Beach boat crews rescued two people after their personal watercraft began taking on water near the Government Cut man-made channel in Florida on Monday, August 17.

No injuries or medical concerns were reported.

Coast Guard Sector Miami watchstanders received notification from Miami-Dade dispatch at approximately 14:30 local time on Monday reporting a green and white personal watercraft taking on water with two people aboard.
